The Greater Des Moines Botanical Garden provides a serene, climate-controlled laboratory for the practice of yoga. Surrounded by a diverse collection of tropical plants, participants engage in a session focused on mindfulness, balance, and breath work. It is an ideal environment for physical and mental restoration, as the lush greenery enhances the meditative quality of the practice. This weekly session demonstrates the vital link between our personal well-being and the calming influence of the natural world.
