Fairy Gardens Workshop

Horticulture meets imagination in this workshop at the Botanical Garden. Participants will learn the science of miniature gardening—selecting the right small-scale plants and creating a balanced environment in a container. It is a practical lesson in landscape design and plant care, encouraging students of all ages to create a whimsical “fairy” landscape. This activity fosters a sense of wonder and teaches the fundamental requirements for maintaining a self-contained, miniature ecosystem.
