MIXOLOGY: Planetary Prom (21+)

The Science Center of Iowa transforms into a celestial social hall for this adults-only “Planetary Prom.” The evening combines the nostalgia of a high school dance with the rigor of astronomical science. Guests can enjoy themed cocktails while exploring planetary exhibits and participating in “out of this world” hands-on activities. It is a unique educational format that blends social networking with scientific discovery, proving that one is never too old to learn about the cosmos—or to enjoy a formal dance under the stars.
