Mainframe Studios opens its doors for its monthly themed open house. This is a living laboratory of the Des Moines arts community, where over 180 artists invite the public into their workspaces. It is a vital social and educational hub, allowing visitors to witness everything from pottery and painting to digital animation. By engaging directly with local creators, community members gain a deeper understanding of the labor and inspiration that fuels our city’s thriving creative economy.
