Kids Acrylic Animals (Ages 7-14)

Young artists will engage in a technical exploration of acrylic painting at Hoyt Sherman Place. This workshop focuses on animal anatomy and texture, teaching students how to use brushwork to replicate fur, feathers, and scales. It is a rigorous exercise in observation and color mixing, designed to build confidence in fine motor skills and artistic expression. By the conclusion of the session, each student will have translated their biological observations into a vibrant, finished canvas.
